  I rarely (if ever) write reviews on anything, but in this case I feel the absolute need to do so. I actually wish I could rate less than zero. I am a property owner who engaged them to manage my investment property.
  Nice words and promises in the beginning, but ended up being very (very) unhappy with their level of service. I feel lucky that I have removed my business away from their management.
  
  I echo previous post - beware!!!
